Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be in new, unused condition
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Be free of stains, odors, or customer-caused damage
Items labeled as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
• For orders delivered within the United States, Hollywalk provides free return shipping.
• International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color of the same product are available within the 30-day return window.
• Exchanges for U.S. orders include free return shipping.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Eligible Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Defective Items

You may be asked to provide photos or videos to speed up the assessment.
Once confirmed, we will:
