Order Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear on the carrier's system.
If you do not see updates after this period, please contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Hollywalk is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

• Customer submission errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
